Empowered Parent, Empowered Child is not your typical parenting course. This is a heart-centered journey designed for parents of brilliant, creative, outside-the-box kids who don’t fit neatly into rules, systems, or expectations. These children are here to stretch us—and in doing so, they gift us the opportunity to become the version of ourselves we’ve always been meant to be.

This 20-hour coaching experience will gently guide you to see parenting through a new lens—one where your child is not the project to fix, but the mirror to your own becoming. Using mainstream language and practical tools (no jargon here!), you’ll explore how your own self-perception, beliefs, and emotional regulation shape your child’s behavior—and how small shifts within you can lead to massive changes at home.

Rooted in the same philosophy behind The Highly Valued Teacher and Janet’s neuroscience-based empowerment strategies used to help students grow in her company Hearts and Minds Learning Center, you will experience:

• A deep understanding of how to build empowered environment
• Tools to dissolve old patterns and parent from clarity and confidence
• Connection-driven strategies that change how your child responds, behaves, and believes in themselves.

20 hours of private coaching with in-person or virtual options.
