Hearts and Minds Learning Center (HMLC) protects your privacy  and the privacy of our students. We make it a priority to protect your personal information. Please note that we collect data from every session that we have with your child and use this data to create new curriculums, design new methods, and for data analysis or infographics.

Our facility is small business and we collect your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information necessary to serve your child’s education needs or to contact you in case of an emergency.  Your child is asked personal interest questions so that we can create writing activities, build connection and rapport with your child, and to have relevant topics of conversation.

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time a visitor returns. HMLC uses cookies to identify and track return visitors and their use of our websites. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using our website. We do not share your information with any external marketing, telemarketers or 3rd party businesses.

We value the safety and protection of your children.  We keep our records of your child indefinitely and do not store their personal information digitally outside of images, academic progress, files, or documents sent to you, the parent, via text or email. In the event that you would like for us to share any information with your child's teachers, medical professionals or other, you must grant us permission with written consent via email or a physical document.
